My first weekend at home

I love weekends already! Not sure who decided the working week should be 5 days and only 2 days off - doesn't seem like the right balance to me. Anyway, because it was the weekend, I had lots of visitors. I spent Saturday afternoon with Laura, Ben and Sammy. We went for a walk to the beach, had an ice cream and then Sammy went on the swings - I'm looking forward to being old enough to go on the swings myself (mummy and daddy said I was still to young at the moment).

On Sunday, I had some lovely long cuddles with Aunty Y and fell asleep in her arms.

My fingernails have already started to be very long and I was scratching my face, so I had to wear these funny white mittens for a day before Daddy was brave enough to cut my little nails - he did a great job!

I have been enjoying feed times and go into a bit of a milk coma afterwards...

...all before I enjoy a little nap.

My world changed on Monday morning when Daddy had to go to work and I spend the whole day with mummy. Had cuddles with daddy before he left, but I missed him lots.

Myself and mummy had a busy day with visits from the midwife and Aunty Anna. Before I knew it, Daddy was home and I enjoyed some more cuddles with him...

...and mummy again.
