Running volcanoes

As luck would have it, the one day of rain that we have had since January and Gareth was signed up for on off-road half marathon on Rangitoto volcano in the Auckland harbour! Gareth's parents made the sensible decision and stayed at home, whereas Hannah donned her waterproof and headed on the ferry in the rough sea.
