Anniversary celebrations

5 years ago, on 5th July 2003 we tied the knot at St Begas Church, Bassenthwaite, Cumbria, England. This year, our 5th anniversary was spent in Auckland, with freezing cold temperatures and hail-laden clouds. Our british resolve meant our planned champagne picnic was had braving the elements on the waterfront in Devonport. Laura and Ben, our friends from England, kindly provided the Veuve Clicqout (complete with yellow travel case), and we thirstily slurped away the bottle, gloves and beanies keeping our extremities wrapped up.
