Gramps

After our relaxing weekend in Wales, Hannah, Alice and John set out for an epic journey going to Tunbridge Wells for an afternoon catch up with Grandpa then on to Derby to Simon and Anna's new place. This was one of the few days a year that a car with air conditioning would have been great; however, we survived with the windows down and lots of water (unfortunately now flower sprays as we used to have as kids!).

Grandpa is now on the dementia ward of a care home, but he was on good form and looked well. We had a good time catching up and in his own words "this has done me the world of good!".
