G with Mummy and Daddy!
They have been exploring our local area and the delights of Eve's pantry, along with visits to the city centre, lunches with Gareth and the downtown art galleries. Evenings have been for the G&T's and we even managed to use our new picnic table in between the spring showers.

On Saturday, we visited Muriwai beach, where the film The Piano was shot. Wild seas, strong waves and black volcanic sand certainly brushed the cobwebs away. We watched the nesting gannets on the cliff tops and wandered on the beach.
The afternoon was spent winetasting in the vineyards around Kumeu and purchasing a few bottles for the next few weeks!
