Happy Easter everyone! We had a wonderful easter present of all our boxes arriving. We decided to postpone our plans of doing the Tongoriro Crossing and get our new home sorted instead. Some of the boxes were pretty crushed, however, we only had one broken wine glass....pretty impressive we though.

Our kitchen is now completely set up, so much so that Gareth even made a quiche the other night!

We managed to get most of the unpacking done by Saturday, so we had the rest of the long weekend relaxing. Easter Sunday saw us heading north with a picnic. When we got hungry we headed off the main road and found a lovely little quiet beach where we had yummy food and easter eggs!

We visited the Easter Show on Monday with Angie and Paul where there was a circus, fairground rides, an exhibition hall and obviously lots of candy floss.
