Matakana in May

Rosemary stopped by to pay a visit before her trip back to England. Although we've been to Matakana before, Rosemary hadn't. It was the perfect excuse for us all to pay a visit to the Saturday farmers market.







Anna, Owen, Ruby and Leah also joined us for the day trip.    Matakana Bakery provided the perfect location for us to get together and enjoy a drink, and some bakery food together.









Along with a supreme range of food venues, Matakana also has lots of galleries, and a famous (in New Zealand anyway) pottery place.
